Sportsman's Lodge & Marina

Such a beautiful place to stay, our family goes out of their way to stay here. They love the room facing the water. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. We especially love the community space! It's quite large with a fridge and kitchen to use, even a little game for the kids and views to swoon at. The pool is lovely, with a 5 ft depth, though I do wish it had umbrellas or some sort of covering to shade you when you need. Location is wonderful. A 2 minute walk to the park where they have live music and icecream shops. Just a perfect place with a perfect location

Sportsman’s lodge is clean, convenient and in a beautiful location. Sportsman’s Lodge is on the Indian River with its own boat dock. It is peaceful and calm, we love to sit In the outdoor rumpus room, we use it like our living room. The saltwater pool is spectacular, pristine and lovely. There’s a shower at the pool and a bathroom, coin laundry, and nice grounds. It is about mile from Publix and other shopping. The kitchenettes are clean and well stocked, we feel right at home. We will be back, every year. See y’all there

So good we came twice. Stayed here for a couple of nights during our Florida road trip. Cheap flights direct from Newcastle to Melbourne (£250!). Took off to the West coast of FL for a week or so but ended up coming back, it was sooo peaceful and relaxing - good location too. Stayed in room 10, great value for money and handy for bars/restaurants/shops etc. Update 6/24: Just been back, still as quiet and peaceful as ever, highly recommended!

This place is amazing. The owners are the friendliest, most hepful people I have ever met. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in for ten days was beautiful and extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable. The sunrises were amazing and it is in walking distance to several restaurants. The birds were quite entertaining as well.

Another great local Sebastian hotel! This place is at the South end of the town's waterfront strip and, as such is fairly quiet and relatively secluded yet within very easy walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. There is no office and checking in is contactless which was also pleasant; other than a phone call and e-mail, we had no interaction with anyone on staff. Our room was scrupulously clean and equipped with a fully serviceable kitchen including pots, pans, all manner of cooking tools, stove, oven and a full sized refrigerator. I'm not sure what the property's relationship with the Freedom Boat Club is, but we watched a few pontoon boat charters launch and return from the dock as we lazed in the salt water pool. There is also a large room with tables in a separate structure where you can hold a gathering or just watch the world pass by on the Indian River through the French doors. All in all, this is a laid back property with a mellow, fish camp vibe. We will definitely consider staying here again.

My sister loves to stay here with their boat! Beautiful spot on the River in south Brevard County. We got the opportunity to hang out for the day at the Sportsman’s Lodge & Marina. Fun time for all!

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place. This is it. So peaceful during the day and at night. I would go out at night and you heard nothing but the water. The dock is lit up for night fishing they have boat slips. We brought our flats boat my husband did nothing but fish. I enjoyed the pool, fishing and driving over to the beach 10 mins away. Restaurants are right down the street. I can not say enough. So if your looking to get away just to relax or to fish. This is the right place. I can not wait to come back

Angela was amazing to work with. We were a large family coming in for a reunion at different times and she worked with us to ensure folks had rooms at the right times. A+ for the flexibility, accommodations, and overall human connection. PS, I was surprised how much we all enjoyed the pool!
